The titular Shouq (played by Nadia El-Gendy) is the third wife of Adam (film villain favorite Mahmoud El-Meligy), and together they live with his spoiled son Mokhtar. When his other son Ahmed (silver screen icon Hussein Fahmy) returns from abroad, Shouq attempts to seduce him and her actions threaten to tear the family apart.
This striking film poster spotlights Shouq in a revealing outfit, gazing confidently at the viewer. Ahmed looks on in a detailed cameo image. The yellow background and bright sun behind add an atmosphere of sultriness and sensuality. The title is in a blue color that really pops against the yellow, and the font is a very unique one that hints at the non-traditional themes of the story.
