The Powerful - الاقوياء

The Powerful follows the trials and tribulations of a family forced to cope with a change in their fortunes following the death of the father. The cast features a strong roster of some of Egypt's most respected performers, including Najlaa Fathy, Mahmoud Yassine, Izzat El-Alayli, Madiha Yousri, and Rushdy Abaza, who unexpectedly passed away during filming.

The poster lives up to the name of the film and features powerful, visually arresting imagery. Dramatic scenes from the film are inset beneath black and white character portraits, with a contrasting orange background and the title in a style of calligraphy that again suggests the name of the film.
