In this morality tale starring Kamal El-Shinnawi, Maha Sabry, and Nahed Sharif, the Sultan has two wives: both are beautiful, but one is generous and loving, and the other covetous and scheming. When the good wife and her son, the rightful heir to the throne, are exiled by the wicked wife's scheming, they embark on an adventure of discovery and justice. Upon the Sultan's death, they return to recover their rightful place from the wicked wife and her equally duplicitous son.
Prolific artist Abdulaziz spotlights the three leads with a gorgeous triptych at the top, a traditional technique that fits in perfectly with contemporaneous Hollywood techniques. Bright and warm colors set the stage for adventure and passion, and the Sultan's “idle followers” (a colorful group who warn the good wife of the plot against her) are given their own deserving spotlight at the bottom of the poster.
